UK Coffee Week
A new brand, website and member portal for UK Coffee Week, a nationwide campaign raising funds to support coffee-growing communities across the world with clean water, sanitation and education.
Today, 703 million people around the world don’t have access to clean water. The majority live in isolated, rural areas – the same areas growing our coffee. Every year, UK Coffee Week celebrates coffee while raising funds for Project Waterfall, the charity that provides clean water, sanitation and education to coffee-growing communities across the world.
1
A vibrant brand for a fun campaign
Our first objective was to create a visual and verbal identity that’s fun, inclusive and reflective of the credibility and impact of the campaign. We made sure the brand can appeal to a wide range of coffee businesses - from large chains to small, independent coffee shops.
2
An entirely new website to drive registrations
We then brought the refreshed brand identity to life with an entirely new website. Our primary goals were to get people excited about the campaign and provide them with a simple and enjoyable registration process. The new website was entirely built on Webflow, with a CMS that makes it easy for the team to add blog posts and events.
3
A portal to automate manual processes
Once coffee shops signed up, they were redirected to a tailored portal with everything they need to get ready for the campaign. This portal enabled us to automate time-consuming manual tasks - meaning less pressure on the team and more room for the campaign to grow.
“Working with Cynthia has been an absolute pleasure and completely transformative for our charity. We couldn't be happier with the website she has built for UK Coffee Week, we are now receiving more inbound enquiries than ever before. Cynthia is so much more than just a strategist or consultant, she's become a vital part of our team.”
